Hey guys, it's Whitney! I am excited to share with you my ups and downs, success and failures, what has worked and what hasn't worked of trying to live my life to its potential through health and fitness.  All of us lead busy lives running between family, friends, work, etc. Trying to fit time in for ourselves can sometimes seem impossible.  I have personally gone through my own challenges of balancing life and learning how to feel comfortable in my own skin, so when I tell you that I get it...I totally get it, I've been there. Don't get me wrong, I still have my occasional slip ups with sugar cookies and cupcakes but I have learned how to balance my life and fit it into a healthy lifestyle, guilt free. Through dedication, motivation and determination I was able to do this, and so can you. Let's be honest, there is nothing sexier than someone who carries themselves with confidence and is comfortable in their own skin, right? I will be sharing with you helpful tips on working out, healthy eating and living an overall healthier lifestyle.  I am here to tell you that YOU CAN DO IT ALL!! We will reach your potential together!
